Studio hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. For bookings outside these hours, or for groups larger than the maximum capacity of 10 guests, please contact the studio directly.


Take advantage of discounted rates on multi-hour bookings, available only Monday through Friday:

10% off for 3–4 hour bookings

15% off for 5–6 hour bookings

20% off for 7-8 hour bookings


Deposits are nonrefundable. Instead, account credits are issued and must be used within 6 months.

S T U D I O   P O L I C Y

General Studio Rules

Studio Guidelines:

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and get settled in.
  • To help keep the studio clean, remove outdoor shoes upon entering.
  • Handle all items and furniture in the studio with care.
  • Return all props and furniture to their original place before your session ends, and dispose of any trash.
  • The studio is not soundproof—keep noise and music at a reasonable, non-explicit level out of respect for neighboring businesses.
  • Smoking, weapons, alcohol, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for your personal belongings, as well as loading and unloading any items you bring.
  • Open flames are not allowed at any time, as they may activate the building’s fire sprinkler system.
  • Restrooms are located a few doors away and require a key for access.
  • Security cameras are installed at the studio entrances. The interior camera will be turned off during your booking and reactivated once your booking time has ended.

Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination of your booking and possible suspension from future use of the studio.

All items must be returned in their original condition and place. Any damages or missing items will be invoiced accordingly.

Equipment Rental

We do not offer cameras or lighting equipment for rent.

A variety of canvas backdrops are available in different colors for $25 per rental. Backdrop stands are included at no additional cost.

Liability Waiver & COI

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be submitted prior to your reservation, listing the studio as an additionally insured party.

Upon arrival, please ensure that all guests have completed the required liability waiver form.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule and receive a studio credit by canceling your booking at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time and rebooking.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reserved date may result in a forfeited session. For late cancellation requests, please contact info@yanelistorresphotography.com.

No-shows are not eligible for studio credit.

No Refund Policy

A nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation and reserve the studio exclusively for your selected date and time. 

Studio credit is available for eligible cancellations.

F A Q

What does the studio rate include?

Standard rates include access to the studio space, make-up table, seating props (such as stools, benches, chairs, and apple boxes), paper backdrops (6), lighting stands, can accommodate up to 10 people and basic cleaning.

The studio is ideally located directly across from Esplanade Park and steps away from Riverwalk in Fort Lauderdale, offering versatile shooting opportunities for both indoor and outdoor settings.

How far in advance should I book?

All bookings require a minimum of 2 days’ notice, and reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance.

Can I extend my booking on the same day?

Same day booking requests are subject to availability and are offered at a higher rate. To secure your preferred time and pricing, it’s best to book as early as possible.

Where can I park?

Metered street parking is available around the studio, with additional parking options including a nearby lot and parking garage within walking distance.

Is there a restroom available on site?

Restrooms are available a few doors away from the studio and can be accessed with a key.

What if I damage or break something?

In the unlikely event that any items are broken or damaged during your booking, please report it to the studio immediately. Please note that any damaged or broken items will be invoiced accordingly.

How do you handle lost and found?

If you believe you’ve misplaced something, please call the studio to check if it has been recovered. Any items found will be placed in our lost and found and held for up to 30 days for you to pick up. We will not be able to ship.

Please note that you are fully responsible for your personal belongings. The studio cannot be held liable for items left behind, as there may be multiple bookings throughout the day.

Do you provide refunds?

In accordance with our studio policy, deposit refunds are not offered. However, we provide a studio credit option that can be used toward a future booking within a 6-month period, after which it will expire. Full credit may be claimed up to 2 days prior to your scheduled booking time.
