Step 1. WHEN & HOW TO BOOK

Maternity sessions are typically scheduled two to three months in advance and best photographed between 29 and 33 weeks. This timing allow us to plan every detail with care, from styling to beauty appointments, and ensures you're feeling your best. 


If you're past the window recommended, don't worry, we can still work together. The sooner we schedule, the more flexibility we'll have to create something beautiful.


Step 2. SESSION PLANNING

As your photographer, I want to make sure you have a stress free experience. Leading up to your session, I will guide you with tips on how to prepare in advance, what to wear, what to bring with you, send a questionnaire, etc.


You'll have full access to closet with gowns, dresses, fabrics and be able to choose what you want to wear one month prior to your session.


We can always hop on a call to ensure you feel ready.


Step 3.  CONNECT WITH NURSE JENN FROM LEARN TO LOVE LABOR

The Premium & Heirloom collections includes 18 months of complimentary access to "Understanding Birth" web app and along with a 30-minute phone consultation with Nurse Jenn from Learn 2 Love Labor.


Once you've booked your maternity session, Nurse Jenn will personally reach out to schedule your call and help you get set up with the web app.


This is an invaluable resource-especially for first-time parents-as it offers a clear overview of what to expect and helps you feel empowered before the big moment: birth.

Step 4. SESSION DAY!

Throughout your session, the goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful. Whether you are seasoned or inexperienced when it comes to being in front of the camera, I will guide you every step of the way.


Some of my collections include a professional hair & make-up session at the studio on your session date.


Step 5. GALLERY VIEWING & PRINT ORDERS

Within 2 weeks after your session, you will receive an online gallery with the best softly edited proofs. I eliminate photos that are either duplicates or the expression was unintentional (i.e. blinking, talking, etc.)


From there, you will order your favorite photos from the a la carte print menu or the amount of photos included in your chosen collection to be professionally retouched.


I offer a variety of printed products you can proudly display in your home. Products include thick page albums, matted prints box, and bifold/trifold folios.
